Knorr Fix for Pork Fillets in Creamy Pepper Sauce

Pork fillets perfectly seasoned with a creamy sauce consisting of pepper, onions and parsley.

You need fresh:

• approx. 1 lbs breast fillet of pork or turkey
• 1.69 fl.oz (or about 1/4 cup) of liquid whipping cream (15% fat) or half & half

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into 6 pieces (medallions) and fry in a pan with some hot oil. Take out and keep warm.
2. Add 3/4 cup of cold water and 1.69 fl.oz (or about 1/4 cup) of whipping cream or half & half to the pan. Stir in content of this package, bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
3. Put the medallions back to the pan and let them heat up with the sauce.

Tip: Serve with potato wedges or croquettes.
