Knorr Fix for Pork Roast

The classic among the roasts with a tasty sauce of onions, tomatoes, carrots, celery and herbs.

You need fresh:

• 17.6 oz of pork roast (e.g. from the leg)

Preparation:

1. Brown meat in some hot oil all around.
2. Add 13.5 fl.oz (1 2/3 cups) of water, stir in the content of this package and bring to a boil.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 hour. Turn the meat after half of cooking time. Add some water if necessary.

Tip: Serve with potato dumplings and mixed vegetables, Brussels sprouts or green beans as a side dish.
