Knorr Fix for Pot Roast

This tastes every day. Juicy pot roast in a delicious, dark sauce refined with onions, bay leaves and thyme.

You need fresh:

• 17.6 oz of beef, game or lamb meat (e.g. from the leg)

Preparation:

1. Brown the meat in some hot oil all around.
2. Add 2 1/8 cup (16.9 fl.oz) of warm water, bring to a boil and stir in the content of this package.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Turn the meat after half of cooking time. Add some water if necessary.

Tip: Serve bread dumplings to the pot roast.
