Knorr Fix for Salmon on Spinach Leaves

Delicious salmon fillets with leaf spinach in a creamy sauce, gratinated in the oven.

You need fresh:

• 8.82 oz of salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
• 7.94 oz of leaf spinach (frozen)
• 6.76 fl.oz (1 cup) of liquid whipping cream or half & half

Preparation:

1. Thaw spinach and put into a shallow casserole dish. Place fresh, thawed or frozen salmon on the spinach.
2. Stir the content of this package in 6.76 fl.oz (1 cup) of whipping cream or half & half and let soak for 1 Minute.
3. Pour the sauce over the salmon and spinach. Cook in a preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven 347°F) for 20-25 minutes (frozen salmon takes longer, about 35 minutes).

Tip: Serve with potatoes or rice.
