You need fresh:
- 3 boneless/skinless cutlets (from turkey, pork or veal)
- 8.45 fl.oz (1 cup, 1 tbsp) of liquid whipping cream or half & half
- 1 red bell pepper
Preparation:
- Place Schnitzel into a shallow casserole dish. Clean bell pepper and remove inner seeds, cut into thin strips and distribute them over the Schnitzel.
- Stir the content of this package in the whipping cream or half & half.
- Pour the sauce over the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (convectional oven 347°F) for about 30 minutes.
Tip: Serve with pasta, potatoes or dumplings.
