Sliced meat strips and fresh champignons in a hearty, creamy sauce. Hhmmm...so delicious!
You need fresh:
- 8.82 oz meat strips (from pork, veal or poultry)
- 5.29 oz champignons
- 1 tsp of oil
Preparation:
- Clean champignons and cut into slices.
- In a skillet, sauté meat strips in some hot oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Fry sliced mushrooms in the same frying fat. Add 1 1/4 cups of water, stir in the content of this package and bring to a boil.
- Put meat strips back in the skillet and heat up in the sauce for about 4 minutes.
- Tip: Serve with rice, hashbrowns or mashed potatoes.
Servings: 2 servings
