Maggi Fix for Hunter's Schnitzel in Creamy Sauce

Pork schnitzel in a delicious cream sauce, refined with sliced mushrooms and herbs.
You need fresh:
- 3 boneless pork schnitzel (alternatively turkey or veal)
- 8.82 oz fresh white mushrooms
- 8.45 fl.oz (1 cup, 2 tsp.) of liquid whipping cream or half & half
Preparation:
- Clean mushrooms, cut into slices and brown them in a little hot oil.
- Add 8.45 fl.oz (1 cup, 2 tsp.) of liquid whipping cream or half & half. Stir in the content of this package and bring to a boil.
- Place schnitzel in a casserole dish next to each other. Pour sauce over the schnitzel and bake in preheated oven at 390°F (convectional oven 340°F) for about 30 minutes.
- Tip: Best served with spaetzle.
