Maggi Fix for Sausage Goulash

If you are craving for a tasty sausage goulash with sun-ripened tomatoes and paprika or want to make any other recipes containing sausage, than this convenient Maggi seasoning mix is the perfect choice as it is quick and easy to prepare.

You need fresh:

• 3 poultry sausages 60g each (alternatively bratwurst, bologna sausage)
• 1 tbsp of oil

Preparation:

1. Cut sausage into rings.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the sausage. Remove pan from the stove.
3. Carefully add ~1 cup (250 ml) of water into the pan. Stir in the contents of this pouch and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Suggestion: Best served with a slice of freshly baked bread of your choice, rice or mashed potatoes.
