Maggi Fix for Schnitzel in Creamy Sauce with Crispy Fried Onions

Boneless pork cutlets in a delicious and creamy sauce with crispy fried onions.

You need fresh:

• 3 boneless pork cutlets
• 6.76 fl.oz (3/4 cups) liquid whipping cream
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp of oil

Preparation:

1. Peel, halve and slice the onion.
2. Sauté the Schnitzel in some hot oil to golden brown, remove and set aside. Fry sliced onion in the same meat stock until golden brown.
3. Add 3/4 cups of water and 3/4 cups of whipping cream. Stir in the content of this package and bring to a boil. Add Schnitzel to the sauce mix and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Servings: 3 servings
