Teekanne Chamomile

Chamomile has been known for its beneficial properties for ages. It is soothing and contributes to the natural relaxation of the digestive system. So it is not surprising that in Italy chamomile tea is traditionally drunk after meals or at bedtime. In teas, the fragrant chamomile flowers are often rounded off with honey.

Preparation: Use 1 tea bag per cup of water or approximately 4 tea
bags per tea pot. Bring water to a boil, pour over tea bag(s) and allow
to steep for 5-8 minutes. Remove tea bags and enjoy!
